Cheri does a great job. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her on several transactions so I can say with confidence that she is an excellent communicator - she always answers a call, text or email. She’s effective and efficient. If there’s a document that’s needed or a phone call to be made, she’s on it immediately. These are very important characteristics of a REALTOR, but above that I’ve seen her negotiate some INCREDIBLE deals. She stays calm and level headed through the ups and downs we see in real estate from time to time. As a lender this is so valuable to have in a real estate agent partner.
